​How do I

place an order?

  1. Place your Order. Click on a Product Photo or Product Name to see more detailed information. ...

  2. Complete the Order Form. Please enter the required information such as Delivery Address, Quantity Type etc. ...

  3. Payment. After confirming your Order, you will be automatically taken to the Payment page.

  4. Paypal,Visa,Mastercard and American Express are    all    accepted.

Shipping

Shipping is tracked and recorded and we use mostly Royal Mail, DHL or UPS. U.K shipping is free. Generally we ship worldwide. Should you require shipping outside the U.K,  please send us an e-mail with the item/s and quantity, the shipping address including the country and corresponding ZIP/area code. We will answer shortly whether we are able to ship there and specify the shipping costs after checking shipping possibility with our logistics partners.

Returns

& Refunds

We aim to please.But,   if you are unhappy with the goods in any way please contact our Customer Service Team at inf o@cressidaharte.com as soon as possible. If for any reason you are unhappy with your goods, you have the right to return them and receive a full refund. This right of return is without prejudice to your statutory right of cancellation. You may return goods and receive a refund provided if:

  • They are received back to us within 28 days. This 28 day period commences the day after your order has been shipped. Please see Return Instructions for details on the returns process.

  • They have not been damaged, washed, altered or worn and must include the original packaging and labelling. Please note that we are unable to accept returns for customized products.

We'll do everything we can to take care of your return quickly. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your card statement. Returns with complete documentation receive priority. Please note that if the Cressida Harte    returns process is not followed, we are not responsible for returns lost in transit to us.
